§ 13. Contracts with Other Agencies.

With the approval of the Council or independent board or commission responsible in the particular case for the payment of the cost incurred, the board may contract with the state or any other political subdivision, or any public or private agency, for the conduct of competitive examination, for the formulation of classification plans or for the performance of any other technical service, in connection with the discharge of its duties under this Act.
