APPENDIX C PERSONNEL (CIVIL SERVICE) Ordinance 60-9 was passed on January 12, 1960, and was approved by the electorate of New Hope on May 3, 1960 by a vote of 302 to 228. This Ordinance is unchanged, except for necessary correction such as "City" for "Village", and titles, in the interest of preserving the expressed will of the voters intact.
